(1) You may cancel an order at any time before delivery, and receive a full refund.
(2) You may return any goods within seven days, commencing the day following delivery, and receive a full refund, subject to the following conditions. Reasonable care must be taken of any product while in your possession. For health and/or safety reasons the following products will not be returnable, adult toys (unless they are damaged or faulty), Lubricants, oils, or creams, if the container seal has been broken.
(3) If goods are damage or faulty you should contact AP Internet Stores Ltd within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. All goods returned as damaged or faulty will be subject to examination and testing, and if found to be in good order the return postage cost may be deducted from any refund.
(4) All goods should be returned by contacting AP Internet Stores Ltd via the shop contact form, or by email / phone and we will arrange collection or replacement of the goods.
